SilkRoute Trading Services is an outgrowth of our experience running retail supply chains.  Over the last fifteen years, we have owned and operated vendor-managed contracts servicing more than $1 billion in retail home entertainment business annually. We speak the language of retail fluently and have deep experience in operating all aspects of a retail category management model.

Our Customer Trading Services offering is focused on the application of our SilkRoute SkyLight trading platform to the business of our customers.  We will provide any and all services desired by our customers from full operation of a retail category or vendor-managed inventory relationship to the provision of select services.  Some of the services we presently provide for clients include:

Services provision occurs in one of two ways depending upon the needs of the customer.  For customers seeking an efficient, low-cost solution, we provide centralized trade services from our North American Customer Service Center (NACSS) in Troy, Michigan.  Our centralized trade team services customers in North America and Europe and provides a comprehensive service offering allowing their customers to remain focused on delivering value.  In cases where a customer wants a more dedicated service offering, SilkRoute can provide an on-site trading team or, alternatively, will create a dedicated trading team within the NACSS, servicing only the needs of that customer.
