Our Customer Trading Services offering is focused on the application of our
SilkRoute SkyLight trading platform to the business of our customers. We

Center (NACSS) in Troy, Michigan. Our centralized trade team services
customers in North America and Europe and provides a comprehensive service
offering allowing their customers to remain focused on delivering value.
In cases where a customer wants a more dedicated service offering, SilkRoute can
provide an on-site trading team or, alternatively, will create a dedicated
trading team within the NACSS, servicing only the needs of that customer.
SilkRoute Consulting provides a variety of services to companies dealing with
complex technology issues. Our consultants have deep technical experience
and have been engaged by the some of the largest companies in the world.
SilkRoute Consulting provides supply chain consulting services to manufacturers,
category managers and retailers around the globe. SilkRoute consultants
specialize in supply chains supporting highly complex categories including home
entertainment, books, electronics, and accessories. Product categories
with significant SKU complexity and dynamic product performance are at the heart
of our practice competency.
Further, SilkRoute maintains an emerging competency in web development with a
very active practice in digital commerce. We are actively managing
large-scale development projects on behalf of several retail clients and utilize
agile development methods to deliver a rapid return on our customer’s
investments. Finally, SilkRoute Consulting is one of a few qualified
players in North America with significant, real RFID design and implementation
experience. As a result, SRC consultants are in high-demand within the
emerging RFID space and its developing adjacencies.
